Non Receipt of your Order If you have not received your purchase within the specified timeframe, please contact your local Post Office or call Australia Post on 13 13 18 and quote the Registered Post Number that was emailed to you when your order was dispatched. Terms & Conditions Returns Policy ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORISED OR THEY WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER Please note any items that have been marked reduced or in our 'specials' category cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is found to be faulty. 3dhome.com.au do not refund so please choose carefully. If you wish to return an item we will issue you with a credit note for our store, valid for twelve months. Exchanging Items 3dhome.com.au will allow you to return an item within fourteen days of the purchase date. Once the item has been returned and received by us a credit note will be issued for the value of the item returned. The credit note number will be emailed to you and will be valid for a period of twelve months from date of issue. The product must be in new condition with tags attached and in original packaging. 3dhome.com.au will not accept any items returned that have had their tags removed, where the packaging is damaged, or items have been used. Any postage charges for the return of any such item and their replacement is the sole responsibility of the customer.
